Ah, yes.
Another ab machine that promises to make you un-fat.
Unlike other ab machines on the market however, the red exerciser lets you sit up while you work out.
The padded seat bases your workout on a twisting motion, but the included guide actually has over 64 exercises that I must say seemed inventive to me.
They suggest that you can work out in front of the television.
Once you get your form down, this is true, considering that you have that ballet 'keep your head in one place while you turn' thing down.
The bottom line:
I felt the burn on 'the twist,' and although some of the other exercises require some coordination, they definitely felt like they were working.
As with anything else, you'll get out what you put in.
But a few sitcoms a week on this thing, and you'll sure see some results.
