Ripped off..twice

I purchased two Trueceramic pro irons. Both crapped out two months apart and it only has a 6 month warranty. One crapped out after 7 months and then 9 months. The website would not give me a refund at all. I paid $240.00 for both. After I`ve seen lots of bad reviews for this product and people trying to take the company to court. The iron was amazing when it worked. They both just stopped working one day.

when my sister told me she just purchased a new iron i could not wait to try it. the first time i used this i could not believe it, my hair was straight just like i`ve always wanted. i use it everyday since and my hair looks healthier and shinier. i love this product

The only thing they should warn you about that it`s capable of getting rid of your curls completely. It worked so well that when I wanted to leave my curls there were several strands of straight hair that wouldn`t curl anymore so I had to cut my hair. I suggest using the 340 degrees setting even for ethnic hair. Other than that I didn`t get split ends!

Love it. My long, thick hair straightens in minutes. Doesnt burn or dry out my hair either. Confused with the other reviews saying product was cheap. Mine was a very high end, sturdy and have had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend this product.

I ordered this w/o expectations after reading the reviews from this site. I have THICK wavy hair and it is a lot faster than other irons and lasts longer. I don`t like the products that were included. A friend of mine has curly hair and we were out of town on a trip and she was shocked at how fast it transposed my hair so she tried it and was also impressed at how it works. I don`t see much of the "steam" action as in the infomercial but overall impressed and like the iron.

For years, (I`m 48) have been trying to have straight hair. My hair is thin and naturally curly. This is the only product which has kept my hair straight...even in humidity!!! Love it, but need to exchange because of the red flaking off the plates. Will miss it until the new one arrives!

I purchased and love it but the handles weren`t even and it wore down unevenly. Now my hair skips and very frustrating trying to get straight now. Awating a replacement or refund...

ITS THE BEST FLAT IRON I EVER GOT I`VE BEEN TRYING TO FIND A GOOD ONE FOR THE LONGET TIME AND I FOUND IT IT DOSENT DAMGE HAIR AT ALL I LOVE IT SO MUCH AND I HAVE VERY VERY VERT THICK HAIR AND IT JUST STRAIGHTENS IT SO SO SO SO SO GOOD LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was blessed with pretty kinky hair and have always wanted a simple way to get it straight. I`ve tried sprays and other irons but never got the results I wanted. TrueCeramic acutally does what it promises and gives me straight hair without the damage. Very good product
