Like nothing else you may have seen before, the GT Xpress 101 is a small, versatile cooking appliance from the folks at Good Times.

The GT Xpress features a thermostatically controlled, dual cooking chamber. Food is in contact with the non-stick top and bottom heated surfaces, and therefore requires no tending or turning.

A floating hinge keeps fgood in contact with cooking surfaces, and allows baked goods to rise perfectly.

The unit is compact and easy to store upright when not in use.

Included with the GT Xpress are a very creative recipe book, a spatula, a mixer and a chopper. Most of the recipes can be made in a very short time - adding to the convenience factor.

I bought mine brand new in the box and never used at a thrift store for $14.00. WHY WOULD ANYONE GIVE THIS AWAY!! I love it, it works great.

The GT Express 101 is one of the GREATEST items I have EVER purchased. It saves me sooooo much time in the kitchen. While the machine is pre-heating, I am preparing the ingredients to go into it. I am in and out of the kitchen within 15 minutes. The possibilities are ENDLESS. Just use whatever leftovers you have on hand to create an awesome wrap, sandwich, or meal. It`s great for leftover Chinese & Mexican food. Those jumbo deli sandwiches that you buy can be turned into 3 sandwiches. Just buy a meat and cheese sandwich. Take out some of the filling & put it into 2 wraps, then cook the wraps in the GT Xpress 101. You will have 3 sandwiches. I prepare meals the night before (such as chicken or beef roll ups), cook some for dinner, then cook the rest the next day for lunch. Great time saver! The omelettes & sandwiches you can create are simply endless! LOVE this machine! So does my family.

I love the GT 101 Express cooker! I have never tasted food so good, done in so little time and actually been full after eating the meals that I have prepared for my husband and me. I cooked many different foods different ways, but want to keep going back to this cooker- AND THE FOOD COOKED IN THESE RECIPES ARE LOW-FAT HEALTH FOOD - NEVER KNEW FOOD THAT WAS GOOD FOR YOU TASTED SO GOOD!

Very rarely will a product be on the television that I will order. In fact, GT Express 101 was the very first infomercial order I have ever done. I am very pleased. What a great invention; it is innovative, user-friendly, and very dorm oriented. Once again, I am quite pleased with the overall performance of the GT Express 101.

I bought this on an impulse, let it sit, then saw the infomercial again and hauled it out. I made one of the breakfast sandwiches and wonder why I let it sit so long! I wold have given it five stars, except that clean up is not as easy as Cathy will lead you to believe. Youd do have to let it cool down, and somethimes by then the stuff has hardened. But overall, I feel it is money well spent.

I saw the comercial on tv and decided to go online and order it. I live in Michigan and I was thinking the shipping and handling would be 15$ at the most. It was almost 30 dollars!! I think that is un belivably stupid.

Woke up thismorning made tortillas with melted cheese and red and yellow peppers (leftover from last nights tacos) whipped boys up omeletes for lunch in 7 minutes, tonight I made up a spicecake mix and cooked cakes in 8 minutes, sliced them in half added cream cheese frosting, wow they are awesome, just like half moon cakes. Leave it on your counter you`ll want to use it often.
