The Hercules hook is definitely quick and easy to install.
It will hold a lot of weight you just have to make sure you get a good snug install on your wall.
Make sure it has a tight hold when you grab and shake it with your hand.
We tested it out and learned that it does live up to expectations with lighter objects.
However, I would be leery of using it on stuff near the 150 maximum lbs.
In short our testing was very positive and the hook works great for most normal objects like mirror, and pictures that need to be hung on the wall.
