The Magic Bullet blender is brought to you by Emson. This smart little device replaces larger, more expensive blenders and food processors. It is bullet shaped (hence the name) consists of a High Torque Power Base, which plugs into the power outlet.
The actual blending occurs in the ‘cup’, either a short cup (12oz) or a tall cup (20 oz) into which the ingredients are placed. All of the cups are rounded on the top, and this design forces the ingredients being blended back down onto the blade which speeds processing time. The cups are microwave and dishwasher safe and are made of high-impact plastic. The cups come with lids (so you can make a smoothie and keep it in the fridge) and shaker lids (for grinding pepper, then sprinkling it onto food).
A cross blade or a flat blade is affixed (twisted) onto the cup to make a leak proof seal, and the entire thing is placed upside down onto the power base. Pressing firmly downward engages the power and the ingredients are blended. There is also a hands free operation where the cup is fixed onto the base for continuous operation. There is no on-off switch, and no other speed controls at all.
The cross blade is for chopping, grating and blending whereas the flat blade is used for whipping cream and grinding coffee beans and spices. Recipes are very creative and well thought out – you can easily modify them for to suit your own taste and dietary requirements. There are a bunch of recipes/party planning ideas in the 100 page booklet “10 Second Recipes' which spurred a bunch of new ideas and which I found to be very useful indeed.
Summary – even though it feels a little plastic, this home blender is a great product, well thought out, nicely presented and extremely useful for people ‘on the go’, students, young families, singles who do not want to spend a lot of time cooking and people who love to entertain. The blades are a little flimsy, but sharp, and seemed to handle anything I threw at them. Cleanup and storage are a breeze. Health conscious people, body builders and dieters will love the Magic Bullet.

i bought the Magic Bullet and i can not stop loving it, i make nacho`s and muffins ,etc. Its great i am thinking of getting another because i moved and lost a couple of pieces.

The Magic Bullet really is a Personal Versatile Countertop Magician!
Love mine no longer need either the Cuisinart, regular blender, and chopping instruments.
It took a little getting use to and I kept making slush initially, but now I know how to regulate it and make the best of everything!
There is no alternative!

This is a good product.
I wish they sold a more durable version, because the craftmanship does not suggest it will last long.
I have made shakes and smoothies that would sell for 6 or 7 dollars at a shop.
Clean up is super easy, just wash the cup and blade attachment in the sink and swap out the next recipe.
Oh and the informercial makes you feel like you are being brain washed, but I watch it everytime because I love this product.

Love it. Love it. LOVE IT. I use this thing almost everyday. Great for smoothies, omlets, salsa...you name it. Quick clean up too. I am so afraid I am going to wear it out and then won`t be able to get another that I am buying a second to have on hand when the first one dies.

This thing works great.
For a fast nutritional breakfast.
Throw 2 eggs a handful of fresh spinache leaves, some red pepper, onion, zuchhini, a small garlic clove and about a tablespoon of fresh parmesan cheese.
Blend it and fry in skillet like scrambled eggs.
Very good and sooooo easy.

I have really enjoyed using the Magic Bullet over the past few weeks.
I have made lots of fruit purees to eat with yoghurt or to top porridge or cereal for breakfast.
It is great for a quick bowl of soup at lunchtime, just throw in a few vegetables, half a stock cube and "bingo" a steaming bowl of soup.
Pasta sauces are a breeze and today "Pancake Day" I made pancake batter in seconds.

I absolutely loved my magic bullet until after the extended warranty expired.Then the gear in the base unit shattered into many pieces.Really wished I had not thrown away my big blender .

Does everything it says it does but may not be as incredible as the infomercial makes it look. It does
chop ice to shaved particles but you may have to stop the blender a few times to shake it and get it going again. Still, best blender I`ve ever used to make smoothies.

My mom ordered the magic bullet and I LOVE IT. The reason people are getting pureed food is because they are locking the processor instead of using the "pulse" technique. If you read the manual (and watch the infomercial) it tells you how to do everything the way you are supposed to. My mom just chopped some onion and fresh garlic just now for our steak. I LOVE IT and I can`t wait to think of new recipes to share with everyone.

We received our magic bullet as a Christmas present...and so far, we really enjoy it! We`ve made the hummas dip and a few shakes! I don`t know if I would have ever paid for one myself..but I did enjoy receiving it as a gift!

Other people say that this product is loud and small. It is not loud at all, and it is the perfect size for one serving. The commercials may be a little exagerated, but it is working well for me.

Works good for mixing single serving drinks like protien shakes. The individual glasses makes for much less clean-up hassle than washing a full size blender. Unfortunately, the abililty to prepare other foods is exaggerated. If you want a personal drink mixer and can get a good deal, go for it.

I just got my Bullet tonight at Target. I have already made a smoothie for me and a ham omelet for my husband. It was easy to use and it performed perfectly. I know this will be going with us in our camper next summer! It is small and easy to store but has the power of a full size blender. I can`t wait to try some of the other recipes from the "Magic Bullet 10 Second Recipes" book. This will help make staying on my diet so much easier!
